Anforderungen
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Available for full-time internship for 6 months
- Organised, reliable, and enjoy structured work
- Comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks in dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different teams
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Previous experience in logistics, procurement, warehouse operations, or administration is beneficial but not required
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive deliveries and hand over to internal stakeholders
- Prepare shipment documentation and shipping labels
- Support pick-up coordination
- Update shipment and procurement data in Odoo ERP
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Coordinate inventory management
- Track shipment statuses
- Maintain logistics workflow transparency
- Handle operational requests from internal teams
- Support process improvements
- Document logistics and procurement operations
- Ensure structured handovers and operational organization
