Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, comparable field, or equivalent professional training with extensive relevant experience
- Proven experience with ERP systems
- Experience managing and collaborating with contract manufacturers and external logistics providers
- Experience in project management

Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations
- Act as a key interface between suppliers, contract manufacturers, customers, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, process optimization, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with relevant GxP and GDP requirements
- Prepare quotations and monitor purchase and sales orders
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including GDP documentation
- Work closely with contract manufacturers, B2B customers, and logistics service providers
- Monitor inventory and support supply chain planning activities
- Review invoices and ensure accurate ERP postings
- Analyze supply chain, shipping, and delivery data to identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare supply chain performance reports
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with GxP guidelines
- Support day-to-day supply chain operations and related activities
