- Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe
- Working or studying experience abroad as an asset
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Collaboration and networking skills
- Full permanent work permit in the EU
- Openness to plan long-term career in mainland Europe (Germany or France preferable)
Aufgaben

- Collaborate on improvement projects with local management
- Support plant-based daily activities
- Participate in central European projects
- Work with multiple European plants
- Engage in international rotations
