In this role, you will be the key liaison for suppliers, managing order processing and ensuring timely delivery of parts. Your daily responsibilities will include negotiating prices, maintaining data, and supporting the sourcing of new suppliers.

Anforderungen

• •Commercial vocational training, university studies, or equivalent qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in purchasing
• •High willingness to learn and passion for purchasing
• •Organized and independent way of working
• •Good written and spoken English skills
• •Good MS Office skills, experience with proAlpha, SAP, or another ERP system
• •In-depth knowledge and experience in supplier search and selection
• •First management experience
• •Experiences from the automotive industry

Aufgaben

• •Act as the main contact for all suppliers
• •Manage order processing for all items in your area
• •Monitor delivery dates and verify order confirmations
• •Ensure availability of all parts in your area
• •Maintain master data for planning and purchasing
• •Request product and price information from specific suppliers
• •Prepare and conduct price negotiations
• •Hold regular meetings and evaluations with suppliers
• •Support purchasing management in sourcing new suppliers
