Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• •3+ years experience in supply chain, program management, or management consulting
• •Expertise in project and program management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean PMO)
• •Proficiency in SAP, IBP, S4HANA, Microsoft applications, and BI tools
• •Experience with SAP IBP and implementation projects
• •Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects
• •Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• •Stakeholder management and leadership skills
• •Experience managing external vendors and driving accountability
• •Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
• •Proactive mindset balancing strategy with execution
• •Willingness to travel up to 25% domestic and international
• •Willingness to work in a HARMAN office
