In this role, you will optimize production processes in semiconductor manufacturing by conducting time studies, leading process improvements, and designing efficient workplaces. You will also support digitalization initiatives and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and resource allocation.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• •3–7 years of experience in industrial engineering
• •Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
• •Hands-on experience with REFA or MTM time study techniques
• •Proven success in LEAN manufacturing, workplace design, and process improvement
• •Deep understanding of MES platforms and SAP ERP systems
• •Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Aufgaben

• •Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies
• •Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput
• •Reduce waste and enhance productivity
• •Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces
• •Implement and sustain LEAN production methods
• •Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing
• •Plan capacity and resource allocation using ERP systems
• •Act as Subject Matter Expert for MES and SAP integration
• •Define and maintain MES workflows and master data
• •Provide guidance on SAP modules for production planning
• •Lead digitalization initiatives and system upgrades
• •Provide user training and process automation support
• •Deliver data-driven insights for continuous improvement
