- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and capacity planning tools
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Aufgaben
- Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput
- Reduce waste and enhance productivity
- Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces
- Implement and sustain LEAN production methods
- Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing
- Assist in capacity planning
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning
- Allocate resources and track performance
- Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement
