Aufgaben
- Perform structural and thermal calculations for engine components
- Execute static, dynamic, linear, and nonlinear FEM analyses
- Develop and optimize FE models using ANSYS
- Assess component fatigue life using FEMFAT software
- Analyze gears, shafts, and bolted connections with specialized tools
- Optimize components for weight, stiffness, and fatigue performance
- Define experimental validation and correlate simulation models
- Evaluate results and prepare structured calculation reports
- Coordinate and monitor externally performed calculations
- Automate calculation tools using Python and Excel
- Improve simulation processes and technical workflows
