- Partner with clients on business transformation vision
- Identify value drivers for business transformation
- Create new business models
- Improve existing business capabilities
- Understand current client value streams
- Design future client value streams
- Help clients excel operationally
- Help clients generate additional revenues
- Improve client customer experience
- Shape business cases for change
- Quantify expected costs and benefits
- Obtain client stakeholder buy-in
- Develop in-depth functional knowledge (finance, sales, etc.)
- Optimize business processes with SAP S/4HANA
- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation workstreams
- Oversee and coach junior team members
- Lead business development activities
- Prepare and pitch S/4HANA consulting proposals
