Anforderungen
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in GBS, Shared Services, GCCs, or Global Operating Model transformation, ideally within a top tier consulting or advisory environment
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi country transformation programs and delivering measurable value
- Strong understanding of Swiss and European client environments, including regulated industries
- Deep expertise in GBS/GCC strategy, operating models, governance, sourcing, and performance management
- Solid exposure to digital transformation, including AI, automation, analytics, ERP and platform based delivery models
- Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and French required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow client accounts and market presence
