Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- Experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement, ideally in electronics
- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments
- Proven experience sourcing PCBAs and electronic components
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies
- Experience managing component lifecycle and supplier transitions
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- German and English fluency

- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Operations
- Shape and execute sourcing strategies
- Lead PCB sourcing during product development
- Interface with Engineering teams
- Manage supplier selection and development
- Conduct commercial negotiations
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Align strategies with business objectives
- Achieve targets for cost, quality, lead time, and supply continuity
- Manage component lifecycle risks
- Address obsolescence and transition scenarios
- Drive supplier development and qualification
- Manage supplier relationships
- Contribute to cost reduction
- Optimize working capital
- Support supplier consolidation
- Act as subject matter expert for PCBAs and electronic sourcing
