Aligning product portfolios for hospitality solutions, guiding clients through sales at global tech firm specializing in payment and PMS systems. Experience selling payment solutions and cross-sell campaigns in hospitality required. Autonomy over a specific client territory.

Anforderungen

  • Self-starter with a passion for building strong customer and team relationships
  • Experience selling payments and delivering cross-sell campaigns in Hospitality or Hospitality Software
  • Comfortable driving revenue growth and product adoption
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Executive presence, comfortable working with senior leaders and investors
  • Desired experience working with international internal stakeholders and customers
  • Languages: English + Native Local Language skills in German or another major European language

Aufgaben

  • Identify high-value customer opportunities within a specific territory
  • Partner with account managers for Key Accounts
  • Engage with Planet customers to understand their needs
  • Align product portfolio to add value for customers
  • Leverage consultative skills to guide customers through the sales journey
  • Execute effective campaign strategies across a customer portfolio
  • Own the full-cycle sales engagement plan for cross-selling products
  • Identify qualified leads and drive revenue realization
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Distribution Partners on opportunity win plans
  • Understand detailed business drivers in forecasts
  • Maximize opportunities to hit revenue goals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Planet's product portfolio
  • Evaluate competitors’ products
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Present compelling proposals and define pricing models
  • Negotiate and sign cross-sell deals
  • Ensure all signed opportunities go live and ramp according to plan
  • Track, analyze, and create reports on opportunity activity using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create clear cross-department process flows
