- Automotive experience in early engagement, pre-sales, or business development
- Confidence working with OEM stakeholders
- Min. 10 years of working experience in Automotive (OEM, Tier-1 or Tier2)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage cross-functional customer influencers
- Ability to transform VOC and market data into strategies
- Strong execution discipline in planning and prioritization
- Comfort applying standard methods and tools
- Specialized depth or breadth in the field
- Ability to work independently and lead others
Aufgaben
- Drive pre-RFI customer engagement with OEM decision-makers
- Shape customer needs, requirements, and architecture early
- Build partnerships across planning, tech-scouting, and business leadership
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Translate market insights into product positioning and roadmaps
- Validate new product offerings and capture customer feedback
- Support early opportunity enablement through demos and showcases
- Co-create compelling customer-facing narratives and value propositions
- Develop innovative go-to-market and commercialization models
- Apply standard engagement methods, templates, and tools
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and engagement documentation
- Lead sub-functional projects and coordinate external vendors
