Anforderungen
- BS in Automation or Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of core industry applications and market trends
- Deep expertise in discrete or process PAC system design, development, and implementation
- Excellent working knowledge of Rockwell Automation portfolio
- Project management experience: leading, motivating, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Ability to articulate technical information to various levels internally and externally across EMEA and globally
- Ability to show technical leadership in engagement activities
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and occasionally globally

Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with OEM customers
- Lead development and implementation of complex programs
- Coordinate cross-functional and departmental teams for successful project delivery
- Drive technical and strategic development of key projects
- Strengthen customer partnerships and support business growth
- Drive RA technology adoption through strong technical and professional relationships
- Participate in customer's development cycle for cornerstone applications
- Facilitate customer engagements with BUs to meet product requirements
- Specify future product and service requirements
- Add value for Rockwell Automation and customers
- Provide foresight on market trends through value analysis of new solutions
- Keep records of major activities and milestones using best practices
- Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure task completion
- Mentor peers in a given area of expertise
