Aufgaben
- Build and operate customer-facing innovation frontend for SAP ecosystem
- Focus on SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, Clean Core, Data Sovereignty, Manufacturing-X, Catena-X
- Convert high-value access into validated customer needs, innovation briefs, opportunities
- Build and maintain network across SAP, Silicon Saxony, Smart Systems Hub, SAP Labs Dresden
- Identify SAP ecosystem developments, translate into business opportunities
- Establish connections between customers, SAP stakeholders, ecosystem partners
- Represent NTT DATA Business Solutions in SAP, innovation, industry formats
- Design and facilitate customer workshops, executive roundtables, innovation sessions
- Validate business problems, decision drivers, potential demand through interactions
- Link workshops, events to target accounts, business hypotheses, follow-up actions
- Convert customer, ecosystem input into clear opportunity statements, next steps
- Provide strategic advisory on SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, Clean Core, Data Sovereignty
- Assess SAP, ecosystem developments for managed services, cloud portfolio
- Translate technical, ecosystem trends into business value propositions, narratives
- Develop Innovation Opportunity Briefs for initiatives
- Prioritize opportunities based on customer relevance, strategic fit, delivery feasibility
- Qualify follow-ups, convert validated interest into structured opportunity development
- Assess standardization potential, portfolio fit, go-to-market relevance with Product Management
- Partner with CoE SAP for technical execution, prototyping of validated initiatives
- Provide structured briefings to CoE SAP, Delivery
- Align with Delivery on feasibility, capability gaps, delivery risks, effort assumptions
- Ensure each prioritized initiative has named internal owner, documented next steps
- Maintain transparent pipeline of ecosystem contacts, customer interactions, workshops
- Prepare monthly status updates for governance forum
- Escalate blockers with documented impact, proposed options, decision requirements
- Ensure performance against 90-, 180-, 360-day gates is evidence-based, reviewable
