Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business IT, Digital Transformation, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of SAP Autonomous Suite, SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, and intelligent enterprise architectures
- Proven experience driving innovation, AI adoption, change management, and transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Autonomous Enterprise concepts, AI-driven operating models, intelligent automation, and data-centric business transformation
- Deep knowledge of SAP organizational structures, Solution Areas, regional dynamics, and Market Unit operations
- Experience designing and scaling enablement and incubation initiatives across cross-functional and virtual organizations
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills translating complex AI and enterprise technology concepts into compelling business narratives
- Hands-on experience with content strategy and executive communications across digital channels, newsletters, social media, and event formats
- Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement capabilities influencing senior leadership
- Highly organized with strong project management skills operating effectively in fast-paced, global, matrix organizations
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, AI-driven business transformation, and customer-centric value creation
- Strong intercultural collaboration mindset and commitment to operational excellence
Aufgaben
- Orchestrate AI-driven and business transformation initiatives
- Serve as central interface between regional units and global stakeholders
- Ensure consistent execution of SAP’s Autonomous Suite and Business AI strategy
- Shape evolution toward Autonomous Enterprise model
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for high-impact use cases
- Identify, validate, and scale Autonomous Enterprise use cases
- Execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies
- Position SAP Autonomous Suite as digital core
- Align transformation use cases with local priorities
- Build regional community for AI-driven transformation
- Enable understanding of SAP Business AI and agentic processes
- Capture and refine transformation strategies and messaging
- Design and execute communication and enablement initiatives
- Support strategic customer engagements and executive conversations
- Act as trusted advisor for integrated business solutions
