Aufgaben
- Manage, develop, and coach assistant managers and employees
- Conduct career and employee appraisals
- Record sick notes for the team
- Onboard new employees and organize training courses
- Implement floor management and model the company's attitude
- Manage recruitment and develop hiring strategies
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and growth targets
- Analyze retail KPIs like IPT, AVB, and conversion rates
- Derive sales activities to increase store performance
- Develop and maximize sales potential
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and implement updates
- Ensure order and cleanliness on the sales floor
- Create and communicate reports to internal departments
- Track and ensure overall store profitability
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer focus
- Evaluate customer feedback to improve service quality
- Create staff schedules and daily deployment plans
- Coordinate employee zoning on the store floor
- Perform inventories to ensure goods availability
- Manage goods from receipt to storage and returns
- Handle tester management and write-offs
- Oversee store opening, closing, and cash register procedures
- Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
- Ensure store operations follow audit rules
- Participate in retail projects with area managers
- Foster strong relationships with business partners
- Support daily business through various additional tasks
