- Represent the brand philosophy from Solomeo to the boutique
- Lead Client Advisors in gaining brand and product awareness
- Transmit core values and brand philosophy to the team
- Maintain an active presence on the shop floor
- Guide the team to provide unique shopping experiences
- Follow corporate image and CRM guidelines
- Communicate courteously with clients and team members
- Establish mutual trust through active listening
- Maximize sales performance and report missed opportunities
- Provide reports on sales trends and customer satisfaction
- Analyze competitor activity and suggest corrective actions
- Liaise with the HQ Retail Buying office for product assortment
- Implement visual guidelines for windows and in-store displays
- Coordinate the assembly and dismantling of visual displays
- Support the organization of events and trunk shows
- Propose CRM actions to increase customer loyalty
- Manage and motivate the team in daily boutique activities
- Provide continuous feedback to ensure team improvement
- Coach colleagues to promote respect and collaboration
- Supervise the stock area and assist with inventories
- Ensure compliance with retail operations and HQ procedures
- Maintain direct contact with the company headquarters
- Update and use Xstore and Salesforce CRM systems
