- Represent the brand philosophy in the boutique
- Lead Client Advisors in brand and product awareness
- Cultivate customer relationships through active presence
- Guide the CA team in providing unique service
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Maximize sales and performance
- Report missed opportunities to management
- Provide feedback on sales trends and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with HQ Retail Buying for product assortment
- Maintain high standards with Visual Guidelines
- Coordinate visual displays and window setups
- Organize events and trunk shows
- Introduce new customers to the brand
- Increase customer loyalty
- Manage and motivate the team
- Provide continuous feedback to team members
- Promote respect and collaboration among colleagues
- Supervise the stock area
- Support during inventories
- Ensure retail operations procedures are followed
- Maintain direct contact with headquarters
- Use IT applications and systems
- Update new tools and systems
