- Strong communication capabilities
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Enthusiasm for working in an international team
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel to China (about 20% of time)

- Design and tune steering feel characteristics
- Integrate Steering and/or SbW systems with vehicle dynamics controllers
- Conduct vehicle-level testing and calibration
- Validate steering feel and system robustness
- Utilize tools to model and verify system performance
- Support functional safety and cybersecurity compliance for SbW systems
- Contribute to HMI strategy for intuitive driver interaction
