- Master’s or higher degree in Automotive Engineering Control Systems or related field
- 6+ years of experience in developing control systems for vehicle dynamics or related automotive systems
- Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics principles, kinematics, and control theory
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying control algorithms for chassis systems or autonomous driving system
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/C/C++, dSPACE, and related tools for modeling and simulation
- Strong communication ability under pressure
- Enthusiasm for working in a distributed, multi-cultural, international team
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of German and/or Chinese language is advantageous
- Willingness to travel to China (up to 25% of time)
Aufgaben
- Develop and refine control algorithms for vehicle dynamics systems
- Implement advanced control strategies using Model Predictive Control (MPC), PID, or adaptive control techniques
- Drive innovation in vehicle dynamics control for autonomous vehicles and x-by-wire systems
- Create high-fidelity vehicle dynamics control models using MATLAB/Simulink
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers
