- Operate authoritative and recursive DNS services
- Harden and evolve DNS, DHCP, forward-proxy, DIM, and NTP services
- Automate infrastructure using Puppet
- Remove unnecessary manual tasks
- Build metrics and dashboards
- Conduct root-cause analysis
- Implement lasting fixes
- Manage ITIL Incident, Problem, Risk, and Change processes
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Use on-call experiences to improve system reliability
