Anforderungen

  • •Deep expertise in general proteomics
  • •Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Proteomics, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in proteomics
  • •5+ years of practical experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting LC-MS instrumentation
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Experience in developing automated sample handling and data processing pipelines
  • •Experience managing laboratory operations, including quality system implementation

  • •Provide expert support for mass spectrometry analyses
  • •Manage and optimize the sample management process
  • •Ensure optimal performance of mass spectrometers
  • •Develop and validate new analytical protocols
  • •Test and optimize instrument parameters for various applications
  • •Offer user support, including training on instrument operation
  • •Assist with sample preparation and method optimization
  • •Conduct complex data analysis
  • •Adapt and optimize advanced quantitative proteomic techniques
  • •Implement protocols for crosslinking mass spectrometry and interactomics
  • •Collaborate with researchers on projects
  • •Contribute to scientific publications
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex instrument and software challenges
  • •Establish automated sample handling and data processing pipelines
  • •Maintain documentation of maintenance logs and experiment protocols
