- Solid background in drug discovery and development processes, scientific rigor, efficiency, and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant methodologies and technologies for biotransformation studies
- English fluent; verbally and in writing
Aufgaben
- Lead matrix teams in a laboratory setting
- Provide DMPK expertise to project teams
- Guide teams on ADME-related issues during drug discovery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DMPK strategies
- Ensure alignment with drug optimization goals
- Prepare and present scientific findings to stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes
- Maintain understanding of biotransformation processes
- Enhance data collection and reporting practices
- Drive innovation in assay development methodologies
- Participate in project meetings and provide DMPK insights
- Influence project direction based on scientific evidence
- Mentor junior scientists in assay development best practices
