- Understanding of high expectations around reliability and trust
- Good understanding of complex technical architectures
- Good understanding of 3rd party integrations
- Proven experience with qualitative product discovery methods
- Proven experience with quantitative product discovery methods
- Prior background in business, strategy, or consulting
- Hands-on experience with AI-first products
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products
- Experience working in small startups
- Experience working in larger scale-ups
- Industry experience in medtech or pharma (nice-to-have)
Aufgaben
- Lead definition and development of complex product initiatives
- Frame problems, design solutions, and validate them
- Understand enterprise B2B customers and their workflows
- Translate customer insights into durable product value
- Gather and analyze customer, stakeholder, and market feedback
- Prioritize opportunities based on business impact and customer value
- Drive product discovery for AI-first solutions
- Translate validated solutions into clear product requirements
- Work hands-on with scrum teams to drive execution
- Collaborate with sales to close initial deals
- Enable sales to transition to repetitive sales motion
- Shape long-term product vision and company strategy
- Raise quality bar of product thinking and execution
- Evangelize outcome-driven product mindset
- Build scalable product management practices
- Evolving discovery, delivery, and decision-making processes
- Define and apply frameworks for building the right things
- Support growth of product and technology organization
- Hire and onboard new team members
