- Experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to clearly communicate about software features
- Ability to work effectively in big team setup
- Good communication skills and excellent team collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in digital health, patient-centered design, or diabetes technology
- Passion for solving meaningful problems
Aufgaben
- Define and deliver product value
- Lead product definition with the scrum master and development team
- Ensure quality and compliance of product increments
- Own and prioritize the team backlog
- Drive agile execution through sprint planning and reviews
- Participate in PI Planning and System Demos within SAFe
- Coordinate dependencies between teams and external partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions
- Communicate priorities and status to leadership and partners
