Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end preparation and sign-off of monthly AFINAN reporting.
- Lead end-to-end preparation and sign-off of statutory reporting.
- Ensure IFRS, Swiss GAAP, and Group Accounting policy compliance.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting matters.
- Provide guidance on accounting disclosures.
- Provide guidance on financial governance.
- Coordinate and lead the external audit process.
- Ensure efficient planning of external audits.
- Ensure high-quality audit documentation.
- Resolve audit queries timely.
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors and Group Accounting.
- Oversee direct tax compliance.
- Proactively identify tax risks.
- Collaborate with Group Tax on complex topics.
- Ensure robust internal controls.
- Monitor compliance of internal controls.
- Drive remediation of control issues.
- Lead automation and governance improvements in accounting.
- Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet integrity.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of the balance sheet.
- Partner with FP&A, Finance Business Partners, Corporate Services, and Group Accounting.
- Align accounting outcomes with business and strategic priorities.
- Provide accounting leadership for investment valuations.
- Provide accounting leadership for business cases.
- Provide accounting leadership for capital funding requirements.
- Ensure accurate modelling and adherence to Group standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects.
- Support system enhancements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure strong succession planning.
