- Lead and develop the German HR Country Partners team
- Align HR initiatives with global enterprise strategies
- Drive operational excellence through consistent HR practices
- Partner with senior leaders on business priorities
- Foster a culture of engagement and accountability
- Coordinate the implementation of local HR policies
- Integrate global HR initiatives into German operations
- Support resolution of complex employee relations matters
- Embed company culture and values into local programs
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention
- Guide teams through organizational change and transformation
- Maximize usage of shared services and HR technology
- Participate in negotiations with unions and works councils
- Provide counsel on individual and collective labor law
- Ensure HR compliance with local and global frameworks
- Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate HR risks
