• •Extensive professional and managerial HR experience
• •Experience in end-to-end HR process coordination

• •Competence in HR software and Workday
• •Excellent German and English communication skills
• •Independent work and priority management skills
• •Strong business acumen and HR skills
• •Commitment to confidentiality and integrity
• •Healthcare and Multinational experience a plus
• •Advanced influencing and matrix navigation skills
• •Broad understanding of German labour law

• •Participate in negotiations with unions and works councils
• •Provide counsel on individual and collective labor law
• •Ensure HR compliance with local and global frameworks
• •Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate HR risks
