- Lead Power BI and analytics strategy for International Operations.
- Oversee delivery of the Power BI reporting portfolio.
- Lead a team of BI resources.
- Define and govern semantic model standards.
- Facilitate communication with business units and data teams.
- Define the IO Power BI reporting strategy.
- Translate business priorities into a structured BI roadmap.
- Lead the IO Power BI Reporting Centre of Excellence.
- Establish standards for semantic model design.
- Establish governance for report development and maintenance.
- Define report development and maintenance processes.
- Communicate with regional data and analytics leads.
- Manage business-facing data taxonomy for datasets.
- Ensure comparable and scalable data products and reports.
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Digital Engagement.
- Lead BI resources to deliver the Insights Hub.
- Maintain and improve the IO Power BI Insights Hub.
- Oversee semantic models and reports operations.
- Ensure scalability and reusability of models and reports.
- Align models and reports with CDP data products.
- Act as liaison to the Global IT CDP team.
- Communicate IO reporting requirements.
- Influence data product prioritization for Power BI.
- Identify and evaluate regional Power BI scaling opportunities.
- Centralize regional Power BI solutions.
- Drive best practice sharing across regions.
- Participate in key IO transformation initiatives.
- Drive reporting directions for Advanced Customer Engagement.
- Lead small-scale data and analytics projects.
- Validate fast business cases.
- Conduct exploratory analytics.
- Stay current with Power BI platform developments.
- Monitor emerging analytics trends.
- Track AI-assisted reporting initiatives.
- Introduce new approaches to enhance efficiency.
