- 5+ years of experience building web-based products
- Strong fullstack development skills with TypeScript, Node.js, and API design
- Experience shipping AI-powered features in production with LLM APIs
- Understanding of AI fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and embedding models
- User-focused mindset
- Bias for shipping and learning
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs or working with RAG systems
- Frontend experience using Vue or React
- Technical writing or documentation contributions
- Experience with agent orchestration patterns
- Knowledge of code quality evaluation metrics
