Anforderungen

• •Experience applying and evaluating enterprise AI
• •Understanding of cloud architecture and APIs
• •Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code
• •Scripting or coding experience as plus
• •7+ years pre-sales or sales engineering
• •Experience in technology or telecommunications preferred
• •Proficiency with ServiceNow or enterprise cloud
• •Cross-functional collaboration skills

Aufgaben

• •Develop and position industry-specific solutions during sales cycles
• •Partner with ServiceNow Account Executives as a domain expert
• •Lead customer discovery sessions to identify business challenges
• •Deliver value-based product demonstrations for diverse personas
• •Facilitate technical workshops on AI, security, and architecture
• •Build data-driven business cases and ROI calculations
• •Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements
• •Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
• •Guide strategic programs like customer journey mapping
• •Document requirements for smooth handoffs to Customer Success
• •Provide feedback to Product Management on market trends
• •Articulate value within the broader ServiceNow ecosystem
• •Share best practices to improve scalable sales processes
• •Support marketing initiatives and executive briefings
