Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing or Management, or After-Sales & Sales enablement in an international B2B environment and proven record in partner activation and market roll-out management
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- German or additional languages (asset)
Aufgaben
- Act as key interface between Global After-Sales Product Management and Distributor network
- Ensure successful introduction and adoption of After-Sales products and digital services
- Drive scalability and market readiness through structured rollout initiatives
- Empower partners through strategic enablement programs
- Translate global After-Sales strategies into actionable regional initiatives
- Coordinate international roll-outs and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Build and manage Digital Ambassador network across distributor organizations
- Develop and implement scalable enablement programs, including trainings and best practices
- Support regional teams in positioning and promoting After-Sales portfolio
- Monitor market adoption and partner performance
- Provide insights for portfolio optimization
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Digital Solutions, and Sales
