Aufgaben
- Contribute to the tender phase for product design and industrialization
- Optimize costs and minimize risks during design phases
- Build the SP REX and collaborate with product engineering
- Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and improvement plans
- Define requirements and rules for necessary tooling for production
- Qualify the product/process pair and industrial means
- Support sourcing and SQD teams in supplier qualification
- Assist in quality follow-up for suppliers involved in SP
- Contribute to the development of local suppliers
- Manage the evolution of the quality control process for SP
- Ensure deployment and validation of new processes per project planning
- Issue relevant documents in the Quality System
- Manage technicians under your responsibility
- Perform Transfer of Technology on SP, including documentation and training
- Train workers and EPU managers on executing SP
- Ensure continuous training and qualification of workers for PS
- Train support functions on business rules related to PS
- Guarantee internal control and application of process rules
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Monitor SP business rules and resolve related issues
- Investigate root causes of non-conformities or incidents
- Implement repair solutions for identified issues
- Demonstrate QCD and EHS improvements through action plans
- Measure performance against site industrial objectives
- Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crises
- Participate in SP network meetings and working groups
- Propose improvement ideas and updates to business rules
