Aufgaben
- Develop and plan new workstations and production lines.
- Integrate EHS principles and ergonomic standards.
- Define production cycle times and relevant process data.
- Conduct manufacturing trials and execute type testing.
- Identify and document process improvements for efficiency.
- Review and optimize technical documents and specifications.
- Calculate manufacturing costs and maintain documentation.
- Recommend design changes and assess cost savings.
- Assess manufacturing capacity based on production plans.
- Evaluate in-house vs. outsourced production costs.
- Determine technical and personnel capacity needs.
- Monitor release dates and deployment schedules.
- Plan required multifunctional equipment for production.
- Initiate manufacturing and procurement of equipment.
- Coordinate design specifications with manufacturers.
- Plan and coordinate production line setup activities.
- Lead and supervise implementation on the shop floor.
- Manage workstation approvals and oversee production ramp-up.
- Define work steps and determine optimal batch sizes.
- Calculate and establish standard times for operations.
- Implement measures to reduce standard and lead times.
