Coordinating automotive spare parts supply chain across European markets, liaising with Mobis Parts Europe and regional HQs. 3-5 years automotive supply chain experience, strong spare parts understanding required. Car sharing program, flexible hours.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years supply chain experience, preferably Automotive/FMCG
- Strong understanding of automotive spare parts supply chain
- Knowledge of workshop/body shop operations and spare parts (plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Power BI or similar
- Customer-centric approach with full ownership and stakeholder updates
- Strong analytical mindset with large data set ability
- Integrity, resilience, and data-driven decision-making
- High interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration ability
- Problem-solving orientation with strong attention to detail
- Efficient work in multicultural, cross-functional environment
Aufgaben
- Liaise with Regional HQ, NSCs, and Mobis Parts Europe
- Ensure effective supply chain communication
- Drive parts supply chain efficiency
- Provide operational guidance for market performance
- Ensure alignment with HQ strategies and standards
- Support parts supply readiness for new launches
- Coordinate planning and preparedness for launches
- Monitor NSCs Parts & Accessories performance
- Analyze KPIs for gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver performance reports and insights
- Support decision-making with performance insights
- Provide best practices and operational guidelines
- Develop standardized frameworks for parts management
- Strengthen parts management across markets
- Improve sales performance across markets
- Support the rollout of key initiatives
- Follow up on key initiatives
- Optimize stock replenishment
- Drive operational excellence
