- Analyze available space and workplace conditions
- Monitor headcount projections by local business unit
- Optimize sites according to client workplace standards
- Develop space planning solutions aligned with property strategies
- Manage site-level blocking, stacking, and adjacency planning
- Develop migration plans and move sequencing
- Maintain CAFM and IWMS data for accurate reporting
- Resolve planning issues with the MAC team
- Compile 24-month tactical campus views
- Integrate tactical plans into strategic space forecasts
- Prepare communication materials for accommodation solutions
- Create floor plans and stack plans
- Summarize data and spend approval documents
- Enforce space policies, standards, and protocols
- Notify clients of requested policy exceptions
- Perform regular data accuracy audits
- Collaborate with leadership on site-specific planning strategies
- Implement MAC and additional space service requests
- Prioritize and manage assigned service requests
- Maintain detailed notes in the Service Request Module
- Track actual versus projected seat demand
- Report on supply, capacity, and inventory changes
- Forecast site metrics, activity, and opportunities
- Coordinate with Occupancy Planners and MAC teams
- Liaise with site business leaders and FM teams
