Aufgaben
- Lead procurement for packaging materials.
- Execute Requests for Quotation (RfQs).
- Negotiate and contract with suppliers.
- Provide functional and operational support for spend areas.
- Act as a key contact for budget holders and leadership.
- Lead S2C process discussions and decisions.
- Manage assigned spend areas.
- Support strategy development and execution.
- Conduct operational supplier performance management.
- Evaluate site demand requirements.
- Inform and escalate requirements to procurement leads.
- Discuss requirements with global procurement teams.
- Conduct analysis to identify bundling effects.
- Identify framework contracts and catalogues.
- Implement procurement awareness for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Manage Tendering and Contract Management documentation.
- Support vendor due diligence processes.
- Support vendor master data management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize Global Procurement and spend categories.
- Increase efficiency and reduce costs.
