- Software engineering, development, and testing
- Statistics, testing methodologies, and simulation environments
- Clear and confident communication of complex topics
- Strong analytical skills and structured mindset
- High sense of quality
- Fluent English skills
- German skills highly beneficial

- Identify and implement SOTIF-relevant safety processes
- Evaluate SOTIF methods and artifacts
- Develop new technologies for safety analysis
- Validate automated driving software systems
- Define process steps and milestones for SOTIF release
- Create requirements for behavioral safety
- Collaborate with system experts and test specialists
- Develop comprehensive V&V strategy for SOTIF
- Define test requirements and metrics
- Execute SOTIF test campaigns
- Support end-to-end SOTIF process
- Provide SOTIF release recommendations
