- End-to-end ownership of challenges and proactive skill acquisition
- Humble, collaborative mindset and eagerness to support teammates and customers
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams
Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary technical expert for customers post-sale
- Design and deploy Generative AI solutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize GenAI applications
- Provide architectural guidance and build hands-on prototypes
- Advise on best practices for scaling solutions in production
- Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams
- Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation
- Share insights and collaborate with internal teams for product development
- Codify knowledge and operationalize success practices for the team
