Anforderungen
- •Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas in technology services or XaaS models
- •Strong skills in solution selling, account management, and new business development
- •Experience mentoring, training, and enabling sales teams
- •Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- •Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
- •Solid understanding of storage technologies and cloud services
- •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- •Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
- •Minimum 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, with at least 6 years in technology services sales
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •Fluent in German & English language
