Anforderungen

  • Experience in solution sales within CRM, CX, or related vendors
  • 8+ years of sales experience in software or platform solutions
  • Understanding of CRM, CX, or CSM business processes
  • Deep industry knowledge of the Telco market
  • Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad business IT needs
  • Experience establishing trusted client and team relationships
  • Ability to produce business and maintain C-Level relationships
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to win
  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

  • Oversee market success for CRM Workflow products
  • Develop sales strategies and regional plans
  • Manage growth for assigned Telco accounts
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives
  • Conduct initial executive and CxO discussions
  • Deliver product demonstrations with solution consultants
  • Create roadmaps to enhance customer experiences
  • Advise customers on engagement and operations
  • Lead CRM opportunities with cross-functional teams
  • Present offerings at industry events and seminars
  • Standardize platform presentations and value propositions
  • Qualify prospects and develop new revenue streams
  • Manage sales processes through to closure
  • Maintain accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
