Anforderungen
- Proven experience as Solution Expert, Technical Product Specialist, Marketing Technology Consultant, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with major Marketing Automation or customer-engagement platform
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Optimizely, Sinch, OneTrust, or comparable marketing technology, experimentation, messaging or consent-management solutions
- Practical knowledge of marketing campaign execution across channels (email, push, WhatsApp, RCS, Viber, SMS, in-app messaging)
- Solid understanding of customer data, audiences, segmentation, event-triggered automation, journey orchestration, consent usage, preference management, and campaign activation concepts
- Ability to work with APIs, data mappings, integration concepts, event flows, payload structures, testing scenarios, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex business processes and technical dependencies into clear solution designs
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
- Ability to translate business objectives into precise technical execution guidance
- Very good written and spoken English
Aufgaben
- Design and improve the technical solution architecture for the Marketing Automation platform
- Integrate Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Optimizely, Sinch, and OneTrust
- Configure, customize, and optimize solutions based on requirements and architecture guidance
- Interpret business processes and embed them into platform configurations and solution design
- Collaborate with developers, QA, support teams, product owners, country stakeholders, and vendors
- Ensure reliable implementation, testing, release, and operations
- Support integration design for customer data, event data, messaging, consent, and reporting
- Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for campaign execution and customer journey behavior
- Analyze data flow, channel delivery, platform configuration, and integration issues
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and monitoring of the deployed solution
- Enhance documentation and supportability of the deployed solution
- Act as technical SPOC for countries and cross-functional initiatives
- Harmonize solution usage, rollout standards, and platform adoption
