Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience designing, developing, implementing enterprise technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs, prompt engineering, AI workflow development
- Experience building agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, ADK)
- Strong programming skills, preferably Python
- Experience developing/deploying solutions on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery)
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise business applications
- Knowledge of RAG, unstructured data processing, multi-step workflow orchestration desirable
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and agile ways of working
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- Fluent English; additional languages beneficial

- Design and build AI-driven applications
- Optimize AI workflow automations
- Develop solutions using LLMs and Google Cloud Platform
- Orchestrate multi-step AI workflows
- Translate business processes into intelligent workflows
- Integrate AI with HRIS, CRM, ERP, and finance systems
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls
- Ensure responsible and reliable AI usage
- Mitigate AI risks including data privacy and bias
- Collaborate with Product, PMO, Architecture, Security, Data, and Platform teams
- Develop and test prototypes
- Troubleshoot and support deployment readiness
- Contribute to reusable engineering standards
- Accelerate future AI deliveries
- Support Responsible AI principles and compliance
