Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role within SaaS
  • Proficiency in software solutions, including cloud-based platforms
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Aufgaben

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and objectives
  • Engage clients through presentations and discussions to communicate the value of PlanRadar's solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of PlanRadar's products and address technical questions
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and assist in proposal development
  • Supervise proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase the value of PlanRadar's solutions
  • Manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to meet client requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to the product team
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and ensure smooth client handover
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and best practices for sales support
