- Conduct discovery and needs analysis to understand customer requirements
- Configure tailored demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
- Communicate the business value of Veeva solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Deliver value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs
- Lead workshops, conference room pilots, and proofs of concept
- Support marketing activities such as webinars and industry events
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
