- Schedule qualified appointments
- Assess prospects based on sales strategy and budget alignment
- Present products through tailored demonstrations
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure
- Deliver compelling product demos
- Adapt sales collateral to audience needs
- Conduct live and web-based presentations
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences
- Travel for client demos and industry engagements
- Document all sales activities in the CRM system
- Prepare for business development status meetings
- Collaborate with management to enhance sales presentations
- Construct and deliver customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings
- Participate in educational sessions on product updates
- Help clients maximize software features through consultative engagement
- Meet or exceed productivity metrics
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals
