  • Formal qualifications in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven working experience in construction industry
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Understanding of all construction process facets
  • Knowledge in process safety standards and local legislation
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German
  • Highly motivated and results-driven professional

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
  • Prepare the construction site before work
  • Conduct inductions and toolbox talks
  • Set up site documentation
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Provide regular progress updates
  • Monitor daily construction progress
  • Identify and address risks and issues
  • Manage site documentation and reporting
  • Prepare progress reports and quality records
  • Handle deviations and NCRs
  • Maintain as-built documentation
  • Oversee deliveries and logistics
  • Ensure timely material and equipment arrival
  • Review and interpret contracts
  • Provide input on technical documents
  • Align project plans with execution
  • Promote a positive and safe work environment
