In this role, you will oversee large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project meet established targets for time, cost, and quality.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related technical field
• •Minimum 5 to 10 years managing complex renewable energy projects
• •Proven track record in project development phase with experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• •Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• •Business-fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus
• •Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
• •Confident user of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• •Skills in Batteriespeicher, Energy Storage, Erneuerbare Energien, HSE, Projektentwicklung, Projektmanagement, Genehmigungsmanagement, MS Office, Englisch, Deutsch, Kommunikative und soziale Fähigkeiten, Unternehmerisches Denken

Aufgaben

• •Manage multiple BESS projects from development to readiness
• •Lead project teams to promote collaboration and accountability
• •Organize and coordinate all stakeholders during planning and development
• •Act as the main liaison with suppliers, service providers, local authorities, and grid operators
• •Oversee detailed planning and technical design
• •Develop and manage project-specific budgets
• •Monitor project performance against budget
• •Ensure compliance with time, cost, scope, and quality targets throughout the project lifecycle
