Aufgaben
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the business in Germany
- Manage full P&L responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project development and execution of BESS projects
- Oversee greenfield origination, land acquisition, and grid connection
- Ensure timely construction and commissioning of projects
- Manage multiple projects to meet budget, quality, and safety standards
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for project pipeline growth
- Develop strategies for market entry and local supply chain development
- Build and mentor a high-performing local team in project development and execution
- Collaborate with group headquarters and international teams
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
- Represent the company with authorities, partners, and stakeholders
