Anforderungen
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years IT infrastructure and operational support experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing
- Experience in Level 2 end-user support and troubleshooting IT incidents
- Good knowledge of networking, VMware, Microsoft Server environments, and IT infrastructure operations
- Familiarity with hardware installation, cabling, and local IT infrastructure setup
- Understanding of IT security, standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting local IT projects, deployments, and system rollouts is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on service quality and business continuity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in multicultural teams
- Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and collaborate with IT teams
- Fluent in German
- Good command of English
Aufgaben
- Ensure local IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user environments function properly
- Provide Level 2 IT support to local users
- Act as the local point of contact for IT technicians and the central Helpdesk
- Troubleshoot and resolve local IT operational issues
- Escalate complex incidents to regional or Group IT teams
- Support deployment, implementation, and maintenance of IS/IT solutions
- Provide technical guidance and training to local end users and IT technicians
- Participate in IT system and infrastructure rollouts
- Support local IT projects by following timelines, budgets, and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with Group IT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and best practices
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, procedures, and operational records
- Provide updates on IT operations, incidents, projects, and key activities
- Collaborate with site management, local teams, regional IT, and Group IT
